Welcome to the NACHC Qualifier: Your Gateway to the IHF MEN’S Club WORLD Championship!

From July 10-13, the stage is set for an electrifying showdown as four elite handball clubs compete for glory at the NACHC Qualifier. Hosted at the prestigious NJIT in Newark, NJ, this event promises to be a thrilling spectacle of skill, passion, and determination.

The stakes couldn't be higher! The victorious team will secure a coveted spot at the IHF Men’s Club World Championship in Cairo, Egypt, where they will face the best club champions from around the globe. This is the pinnacle of amateur handball in North America and the Caribbean – a once-in-a-lifetime opportunity for players to showcase their talent on the world stage.

This is the 5th edition of the NACHC Qualifier, a testament to the growing passion and competitive spirit in our region. For the second time, New York City Team Handball Club proudly hosts this prestigious event, bringing together top talent and creating unforgettable memories.

IHF MEN'S SUPER GLOBE BECOMES IHF MEN’S CLUB WORLD CHAMPIONSHIP AND WILL BE HOSTED IN EGYPT

The world handball flagship club competition, the IHF Men’s Super Globe, will undergo a makeover starting from 2024 onwards, with a rebrand helping cement its status as the most exciting men’s handball club competition in the world.

From 2024 onwards, it will be known as the IHF Men’s Club World Championship, where the best club teams in the world will battle for the coveted prize in Egypt.

The new contract signed by the International Handball Federation (IHF), the Egyptian Handball Federation (EHF) and Sports United, will span throughout the next three editions of the competition, due to take place in the New Administrative Capital Hall, which also hosted matches at the 2021 IHF Men’s World Championship.

The IHF Men’s Club World Championship will see nine teams battle for the coveted title, with the reigning champions and the continental champions of Asia, Africa, Europe, Oceania, South and Central America and the North America and the Caribbean sealing a place in the competition.
